The painted plaster above the graffito on the west (right) of the entrance doorway, used to show a large head of the goddess Minerva.

According to Varone and Stefani, to the right of the head of Minerva was a painted graffito, CIL IV, 7430, but no longer visible

Between the two windows, but now no longer visible, were two painted graffiti, CIL IV, 7438 and CIL IV, 7439.

According to Della Corte, a bronze coin totally covered with concretion was found on the pavement towards the fountain, and also a bronze palmetto that perhaps would have decorated the stem of a candelabra at one time (0.035m high).  On the high red zoccolo (plinth) of the said entrance was written an incomplete inscription, traced with carbon:

It originally read A(ulum) Trebium aed(ilem) o(ro) v(os) f(aciatis) Soteric(us).  [CIL IV 7432]

“I, Sotericus, ask that you make Aulus Trebius (Valens) aedile.”

Written in the “O” was the small obscene graffito:

Futui coponam    [CIL IV 8442]
